I began my Mortgage Banking career in 1989. In 2012, I joined ServisFirst Bank as the Mortgage Division Manager. Our name says it all. We are focused on serving our customers. In my role as manager I want to provide a department platform that allows each member of our team to perform their best and provide the outstanding customer service we are known for.

Having originated for 23 years gives me a unique perspective on solving problems and setting proper expectations with clients that leads to good customer service. We operate in a very challenging industry; however, we do not believe this has to be an arduous process. We enjoy what we do and want you to experience the best we can give.

Marshal has been married for over 20 years and he and his wife Susan have 4 children. Marshal is very active in the Mortgage community and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Alabama Mortgage Banker's Association.
